Code of Conduct for Rig-Tech's Suppliers 

This code of conduct defines the requirements placed on our suppliers concerning their responsibilities of all goods and services provided. We reserve the right to change these requirements as needed and expect our suppliers to accept reasonable changes in the event changes are made to our compliance program.


Legal Compliance

To comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the local state and federal legal system.


Corruption and bribery

To strictly prohibited any form of corruption or bribery including any offer to make direct or indirect payments of value in the form of compensation, gifts or contributions to any person or government official for the purpose of influencing decision making in violation of the law.


Respect for Basic Human rights of employees

To promote equal opportunity and treatment of its employees irrespective of skin color, race, nationality, disabilities, sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs, sex or age.

To respect personal privacy and rights of each individual

To refuse employment or make anyone work against their will

To not tolerate unacceptable treatment of employees such as mental cruelty sexual harassment or discrimination

To provide guarantee the national minimum wage

To comply with overtime laws

To recognize the free association of employees and to not favor or discriminate against members of employee organizations or unions.


Prohibition of Child labor

To not employ workers under 15 years of age or with respect to ILO Convention 138 to employ no one under 14


Health and Safety of employees

To take responsibility for health and safety of employees

To take the best possible precautions against accidents and occupational disease and control hazards

To provide health and safety training for employees

To create and operate an active HSE management system


Environmental protection

To operate and comply with all local, state, federal and international environmental protection laws and regulations

To make continual improvement protecting the environment and to minimize pollution

To create and operate an environmental program
